When one arrives at Doña Gloria you are invaded with a sensation of being in the heart of nature.

The avocado trees, that surround the property, grant a special colour of green to the landscape that contrasts with the vibrant blue of the sea on the horizon.

From the living area you approach the ample terrace and swimming pool, where the views of the sea and countryside are immense and fascinating. The house is constructed with double insulated walls, which makes it both warm in the winter and fresh and chilled during the summer months, thus there is no necessity for air conditioning. The PVC, double glazed, windows reinforce this perk of the property. All windows that access the outside terrace are made with armoured security glass.
At the front of the property, with an impressive main door, the entrance is overseen by a magnificent fountain, with enough space to conveniently park several vehicles and, a covered car port.
Beaches can be found in La Cala, only a five to seven minute drive away, where you can also find numerous supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.
